Awful place…totally empty. can’t use pool without extra fees. Paper thin doors ….belonging stolen from room….avoid Mexico City it’s dangerous and not cool for Americans..I was assaulted right outside of hotel by two slackers who bumped into me….wont ever go back to Mexico City or that awful hotel..

Came to CDMX for a birthday/concert visit. The Andaz made this trip even more special. Dany the bellboy, specifically! We came back from the Harry Styles concert to find a birthday cake, luggage tags, and a memorabilia ticket. Little details like that were great. The rooftop pool was clean and beautiful, as well as the rest of the hotel. For nervous travelers, the abundance of staff and security will put your mind at ease. We were 2 female travelers (34/16) and felt very safe and checked in on the entire time. Would 1000% recommend staying here!!

Gorgeous hotel with an exceptionally helpful staff and fantastic on-site restaurant. Outside the hotel can be chaotic and sometimes very noisy, but the hotel itself is a little oasis. Room was very nice and the maid service was top notch. On nights when there was music on the square in front of the hotel (Sunday) it could be a bit loud, but otherwise we had a great experience at Casa de la Luz.

"We went to a wedding in a garden nearby, and the experience was excellent. It is conveniently located downtown, a beautiful oasis where you do not need to go out for anything, except enjoying and relaxing in the same hotel. Great breakfast buffet and a very friendly staff"

"The property is awesome. Staff took too long to gave us our room. Later than 15:30, they said they will call us to let us know the room was ready and we never got the call. The hotel is very expensive and we expected a better service from the staff. Overall this hotel is always beautiful."
