"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!
It's a long list of complaints...
1. 2 hours late to check us in even after we notified them TWICE we were in vicinity
2. BUGS BUGS BUGS we realized we are on a tropical island but my wife LITERALLY SLEPT in RAINGEAR to protect herself from bites...they told us to keep "doors closed"!!!
I DID NOT pay for a beachfront location to have to have windows closed..
3. Internet password was INCORRECT
4. Shut off ALL WATER from 8pm til 5am WITHOUT NOTIFYING US( they say it's...

"The ground/beach were well kept, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the drinks were flowing.
Things that stood out to me:
1. My luggage was left behind by the airline. At the front desk, the staff called the airlines and followed up until my bag came in and delivered it straight to my room. They helped me track the bag so i knew where it was all the time.
2. By the 3rd day, the staff knew our preferred drink at the restaurant and would have it ready as soon as we sat down without asking which we were very happy about.
3. The staff was friendly and ready to get things for us no matter where we were. They would ask if we needed a drink and bring it right to us. That is great service. The entertainers, from the cook to the vibe team, were all very happy people and it's so fun to see the staff truly enjoying themselves. It makes us feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves too.
4. It was quiet and even when there are events, there are many quiet areas around so you can go wherever you want to relax. The activities were fun and the times to relax were amazing.
Overall a really good stay and i wish i could have stayed longer. "

"I had an amazing stay here. I lived the apartment studio style, the walk out patio was right next to the pool and the beach was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Antigua."
