Bottom line, I decided to expend $85.00 more per night for an upgrade and that changed everything. The clerk at the front desk was really helpful in finding the best room available, very courteous and professional. Even when the facilities are outdated, the cleanliness was great, our room was done every day, leaving it spotless; the housekeepers were courteous and flexible to accommodate to our needs. Restaurant and cafeterias good, swimming pools cleaned every day. Thank you Trade Winds for an awesome stay. "
