"We were not notified about the construction starting everyday at 7:22am. There was hair in the shower that after 3days of alerting staff was never properly cleaned. Fresh bath towel was extremely dirty. No bath mat delivered on day 2 at a beach resort. The property & amenities were 5 star housekeeping ruined it."

"The deposit wasnt made clear. Julio is a stuck up snob. And made me angry very fast and the price of a juice. Come on and still have to pay for the breakfast that is the same continental breakfast everywhere. I was there 2 days and went to a different hotel. Wont stay there again "

"Great seaview. Aircon unit to left of us was unsightly but didnt block view. Couldnt get any nearer to the beach. Room had all facilities you needed and was nice and clean. "

"There was sand or some other grainy substance on the bed. The air conditioner made so much noise in room 118. If I weren't so tired and had to get up extra early I would have went to the office. The price of $407 bucks for one night was criminal for the dump I stayed in. Not a good experience for sure. Thank God there were no bed bugs."

"everything was great, they make sure that there's lots of things to do , 2 pools , kayaks and paddle boards, cabanas. all complimentary I was traveling with my son who is 8 and has a sensory issue. they have a big empty area away from the beach and all the activities, I seen people fishing down there the evening we arrived and the next morning. my son wanted to fish too, we walked over there and within minutes they came and shut us down and the reason was that the dnr and police had been around looking. I explained that we bought our fishing licences and we were good to go... but still madey son put the pole away.. we weren't bothering anyone and it became a huge deal for my son! all the employees were extremely helpful except the one girl riding around on the golf cart.. even though she was standing right in front of me she wanted to tell her staff to tell us we were breaking the rules. I even knew she was talking about my son crawling on the rocks!! she was rude to the staff she was supervising & in front of guests!! she's the one who made them come tell my son to stop fishing. other than that the place is great. very fancy! there was a family staying in the room upstairs from me who had way to many children and adults in the same room!! at least 8 kids. they were noisy all night long.. seemed like pretty much anything goes there just don't try to fish!!"
