"Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and classy with a really nice shower room and furniture. There was a mini bar in the room but no tea or coffee making facilities. You can use the pool and there is a tower with beautiful views over Palma old town and you can see the cathedral and castle in the distance. It exudes elegance from the moment you enter the courtyard and the room didn’t disappoint- we stayed in the Royal Suite which has a private terrace with a view of the cathedral and King’s garden, a real gem of a find. "Loved the style of the property. Room was okay, nice and clean, shower & toilet new and fresh. Only problem was on the steps(2 of) to the shower (I was in room 19) there is a sharp piece of pipe protruding from the riser and it caught my bare foot and made a bad cut. I'm only raising this as I left early in the morning and could not relay the message. Hopefully this can be made safe for future visitors."
