Great location to the beach and restaurants. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful. Additionally, it was great to be able to store luggage and have access to separate shower/changing rooms within the hotel after check out and prior to our flight. The only thing to note, due to the nightlife the area offers, sadly noise levels from larger group bookings disrupted our sleep at times during our stay.

3 stars hotel! The staff was amazing and the room was pretty clean but the property conditions could be much better. A lot of young people stay here so it can be a bit noisy but in general everything was fine. The breakfast was a plus with delicious food.

Unfriendly staff, some were fine however expectation of not getting floor wet while having a pool and jacuzzi at the property is far fetched. Was told check in was 12 but when arrived it was actually 2pm. The did get the room ready by 1 though which was appreciated d breakfast is great

Unfair prices, tiny rooms, poor breakfast

The room was incredibly small, making it quite uncomfortable to move around. To make matters worse, the breakfast offered was basic and monotonous, with the same options repeated daily. The personnel seemed quite unhappy and unresponsive, which added to the overall negative atmosphere. What struck me the most, however, were the exorbitant prices for such subpar accommodations and services. It felt like an unfair trade-off, paying so much for an underwhelming stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you're looking for a pleasant and comfortable vacation experience. There are definitely better options available in Mallorca that offer better value for your money.

Frühstückt jeden Morgen das gleiche, Gekochtes Ei Rührei Spiegelei, Bohnen Würstchen. Aber es ist immer was zu finden für die Gäste keinen Anspruch haben. Hotel ist sauber, Zimmer klein in der 5 Etage, Gerüche im Badezimmer nach Kanalisation. Für Ballermann Fans ist das Hotel 👍

Wir waren mit 7 personen 3 tage für einen kleinen partyurlaub dort ,alles super geklappt . Zimmer waren sehr klein ,aber zweckmässig und sauber,haben ja nur dort geschlafen .frühstück war für das preisleistungsverhältnis gut .strandnah bis zur schinkenstrasse und dem megapark waren es auch ein weg von ca 10 min

Die beste Unterkunft wenn man an den Ballermann möchte. Schöner Pool zum verweilen tagsüber und sehr nahe am Bierkönig und das zu einem fairen Preis. Im angezeigte Preis bei der Buchung enthielt sogar schon die Kurtaxe. Die Hotelbar bietet alles was das Herz begehrt zu fairen Preisen

Die unterkunft war im großen und ganzen Angemessen! Hab für den selben preis deutlich mehr ausstattung in Ibiza bekommen! abends muss man leise sein selbst musik hören im zimmer ist nicht gestattet! Der servicekraft braucht man nicht hinterherlaufen wenn das zimmer abgehakt ist gibt es keine handtücher mehr! Der Pool ist deutlich kleiner als auf den fotos und ab einer bestimmten uhrzeit nicht mehr zugänglich für einen urlaub in spanien ist es leider ziemlich streng deutsch! Die läden sind sehr leicht und direkt zugänglich aber auch um ca. 22 uhr geschlossen wie im rest der gegend. abenda kommt man nicht ins hotel wenn der pförtner nicht an seinem platz ist da muss man immer warten!

Das Frühstück war okay. Man ist satt geworden. Obst war Solaranlage bis gar nicht vorhanden. Zimmer klein und hellhörig. Für dass das es in Ballermannnähe ist doch ruhig. Es gibt bessere Hotels in der Lage.

Trevligt hotell med fräsch standard

Fräsch standard, fint rum om än lite litet, bra städning. Fint poolområde. Trevlig personal. Sängarna är inte jättesköna. Det enda vi saknade var kylskåp på rummet samt aircondition. Vi uppskattade allra mest att hotellet var lugnt. Med lite högre medelålder på gästerna och inte bara stora ungdomsgäng i form av hotellgäster som festar. Nu fick vi sova på nätterna.

Unterkunft ist passend zu den Sternen. Service ist OK. Frühstück und Abendessen war auch entsprechend. Die Nähe zum Ballermann ist top. Das Taxi zum Flughafen liegt zwischen 16 und 20€.

Hotel bien situé par rapport à la plage Bien au niveau du service, dîner correct (il y a du choix, et le buffet change d’un jour à l’autre), beaucoup de choix au petit dej aussi, notamment très bons pancakes Les lits sont confortables et les chambres sont propres Par contre c’est parfois bruyant (on entend ce qui se passe dans les couloirs) Pendant le dîner il faut payer pour avoir de l’eau sinon on ne boit pas

Das Zimmer war Ok und sauber. Die Betten sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war zu jederzeit mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was gar nicht geht ist die Lautstärke von anderen Zimmern man hört alles und das Hotel pist wohl gerne gebucht von Partygruppen älteren Semesters und die wissen anscheinend nicht wann Nachtruhe ist. Alles in allem war es OK wir würden aber aufgrund der Lautstärke durch andere Reisende wahrscheinlich nicht mehr buchen .

In der Beschreibung des Hotel wird mit kostenlosen Wlan für seine Gäste geworben , die Realität ist aber eine anderer! Das ist ein Punkt Abzug....das sollte man überarbeiten.
