"This is a very nice and quiet hotel. Terry was great and she gave us the VIP treatment. It’s close to Palm Canyon and the main strip, but not too close, if you know what I mean:). It’s also not too far from all the restaurants and shopping centers in Palm Desert which is about a 20 minute drive on east Palm Canyon. Great staff and we will definitely return. "

"Check-In was easy, and staff was very friendly. I needed a clothes iron immediately after getting to my room, and the front desk had one delivered within less than ten minutes. Located close to restaurants, shopping ,and the Palm Springs Convention center: which are all within walking distance."
"Hotel was fine, however our room was facing the several disco/bars on the rear street and the bass boom boom boom lasted till 2am on both nights. Suggestion: if you're booking this hotel make sure you request a room on the other side! Otherwise be warned!"
