Our room was advertised as a two bed two bath, but only had one bathroom. Hotel staff stated it had been mid-advertised by the third party I went through. No resolve. The pool and pool area were very nice and clean. The room was very nice. No tv in bedroom. Overall, it was a good experience.

We loved our stay at Drift Palm Springs. The location is fantastic—super close to downtown Palm Springs, so it was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. The hotel has an amazing modern desert vibe—stylish, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed. LOVED our stay at Drift. It's very self-service, which is amazing and easy to navigate. You can text the front desk and receive super quick responses for all requests. Suite amenities were great and it was so clean when we got there. Pool is lovely and the restaurant in the hotel has great food and drinks. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Our first night was amazing. The property is clean, trendy, beautiful pool… the second night people moved into room next door and the walls have zero sound proofing. You can hear even a bag of chips opened. It was severely disappointing, especially for the rate of each night. The manager was kind and empathetic, and they moved us… but just keep this in mind. On night one I would have definitely booked again… after night two, I decided I definitely would not stay again. Honestly, they just need to throw up some good sound proof panels on the walls- I’m sure that would help. It is a beautiful property.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Exceptional room, service, view and facilities. I wish we had longer there. Happy hour cocktails by the pool were a dream. Future guests booking via third parties should be aware of daily resort fee which weren’t clear when I booked.

The Drift Palm Springs was an excellent choice for us. With our family of four, we stayed in the four bedroom suite. It has two “master suites with their own baths, and two nicely sized rooms that share a bath. A large living room with full kitchen is in the common area. The check in was seamless and the staff was wonderful. A great experience for us two years in a row
