LInens smelled clean & fresh but... LOUD AC. We were forced to turn off unit and sweat while we attempted to sleep. Couldn't wait to get home! Hotel staff needs to ensure everything is in proper working condition beore they offer a room for sale

Everyone was very helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and lotion and it was provided with a smile. Also received room accommodations. The room attendants were all smiling. Wonderful stay.

The bath tube was not very clean and there was no stopper to stop the water. We called the desk, but they never gave us one. The AC, placed on the window seal, was very noisy and we could not sleep at night. Moreover, all the smoke coming from other guests (who were smoking) came in our room through the AC ducts. We had a hard time breathing because our room was full with smoke. In the area of the living room the coffee station was not very clean and there were no ustensils (forks, knives, plates) like other motels provided for guests. We were ready to stay 4 days but we left before because we felt that it was not worth the money.

No maid service not even extra Towle’s. Mirror on wardrobe was broken. You had to pay for a not so good breakfast. I could constantly hear the man in the room next to mine.

Had a great stay. Came to Palm Desert for a quick overnight stay for a concert and this hotel was just perfect for that. Got to enjoy the heated pool, which was a super plus! Super accessible, easy parking, safe area, and the bed and pillows were comfy. I would stay here again if in the area.

Staff big plus. Restaurant, while you get a free breakfast at most hotels today and need to pay here, was just excellent. Night and breakfast just solid. Pool facility is also excellent

All was ok except this hotel is on a very busy street and it sounded like that street was running through our room on the third floor...starting around 5am. Ask for a room facing pool or bring a sound machine or pick a different hotel if you want a quiet place to stay.

nice visit to PSP for daughters wedding, this property was on the 9th Tee so was able to enjoy some golf only thing i would do is improve offerings & time for food very limited

The front desk, housekeeping, and management staff were amazing! I loved my room overlooking the pool. It was clean and cozy! Less than one mile to a grocery store and nice restaurants

Constantly heard doors slam and. Prices in adjoining rooms. Comfortable room. Shower is old and faucet very loose. Hot and cold water lines are hooked up backwards. Ver overpriced food and drinks in cafe area. Appreciate the free coffee
