From the outside, hotel looks super outdated. Once you enter the lobby , it's a world of difference. It's clean, staff is very polite and accommodating. We were able to do an early check in and also received an upgrade. Breakfast was good and attendant was very nice. Not the fanciest hotel but works for 1 night.

Helpful staff. Lovely room and outside/ pool area lovely. We had not realised there were no dining/ bar options at all.. the hotel is in a business park/ area. It was too far to walk to any restaurants so just be aware of this. The breakfast provided had many options and was good.

The hotel is dated but very clean and functional. They do a really nice job up keeping it. Staff is very nice. Family friendly. Nicely located near the new “Downtown” shopping center with lots of restaurant options

The hotel and staff were all great But the location not so great nothing around for food restaurants etc not your fault but maybe a shuttle to surrounding area.

For the price this hotel should have been much nicer. The outside is very fancy and the rooms clean but… the air coming out of the AC stank. Beds were so soft they made my back hurt. Almost no cell service inside the rooms. We had to go outside just to text. And just to sour things more, the hot breakfast consisted of just meat items. Vegetarians and several religious groups do not eat pork. Please stop serving the western omelettes. (I tried a boiled egg but it tasted spoiled). Would not stay here again.
