I enjoyed the hotel as it maintained cleanliness and consistent attentiveness from housekeeping. I appreciated how close the hotel was from places we wanted to visit and how convenient it was for Uber pickup. My only con would be that there is no microwave! It would definitely be better to have one for those (like me) who can’t finish their food and would like to warm it up later. Thank you for your hospitality.

Half the elevators didn't work so it takes forever to get to your room. The room had broken furniture and malfunctioning faucets. I had requested housekeeping services for our stay and they didn't provide them. I had to ask again so we had fresh towels. The parking garage is super inconvenient, dirty and there is no walkway outside of the mall space making it a death trap to navigate through. I think it's crap they charge you to park when you are staying there too.
