Ottima sistemazione in centro a Palermo

Accolti con molta gentilezza da Ken, un giovane addetto che ci ha fornito informazioni esaurienti sulla casa e sulle diverse attrattive del centro storico di Palermo, lasciandoci un suo numero di telefono al quale rintracciarlo in caso di bisogno. L'appartamento è comodo, apprezzabile la presenza dell'ascensore! Nel complesso, siamo soddisfatti della nostra scelta e ci sentiamo di consigliarla anche ad altri. Se proprio dobbiamo proporre qualche miglioramento, potremmo consigliare di spolverare i libri presenti nella libreria del cortile al piano terra (così come sono, non si ha voglia di utilizzarli), di far sostituire il ripiano del lavello di cucina (rotto), di dotare la cucina di strofinacci o almeno di slttex. Dimenticavamo: sarebbe anche bene che Ken rispondesse al telefono: comunque, l'altro numero a disposizione (che risponde sempre) ci ha permesso di prendere accordi per recuperare i nostri bagagli oltre l'ora del check out.

Fin lägenhet mitt i centrala gamla Palermo.

Vår lägenhet låg mycket nära Palermos största ,marknad där man kunde handla det mesta. Fantastiska och billiga grönsaker,. frukt och annan mat. Ett par minuters promenad från Quattro Canti vilket är mitt i gamla delen av staden. Massor att se i närheten och enormt utbud av restauranger och caféer. Palermo är definitivt värt ett besök. Vi var där i fem dagar och hade fullt upp.

Il ragazzo che ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto è veramente gentile e ci ha dato un sacco di dritte su dove mangiare e andare a visitare. Lo consiglio vivamente. Palermo è molto bella e la gente mi ha lasciato senza parole... persone straordinarie Enza

Det er en lejlighed og ikke et hotel

Lav scoring på spørgsmål 1, idet vi kun så udlejer, da vi ankom, hvor vi fik meget fin og fyldestgørende information om byen. Lejligheden lå perfekt midt i Palermo og med de faciliteter, som er nødvendige for at kunne opholde sig der. Fin netforbindelse.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof. Lidl um die Ecke.Es gibt insgesamt 4 Ferienwohnungen in dem Haus, welche man gebucht hat, erfährt man erst vor Ort. Die für alle angepriesene Dachterasse gehört exklusiv zu einer davon, welche, bleibt unklar, jedenfalls nicht zu unserer.Im hübschen Innenhof hinter der Eingangstür darf dagegen jeder sitzen. Einrichtung geschmackvoll, gute Betten und Bettzeug. Große Räume, Schlafzimmer mit Galerie-Ebene, sehr steile Treppe..Auschließlich italienisches Fernsehprogramm.Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Der einzige wirkliche Mangel war die absolut unzureichende Küchenausstattung. Nur ein paar Teller und Töpfe/Pfanne waren da, aber nur eine große Tasse, kaum Gläser, keine Schüsseln für Salat oder Müsli, kein Schneidebrett oder scharfes Messer, kein Dosenöffner/Korkenzieher,kein Wasserkocher,kein Spülenstopfen fürs Abwaschen. Öl, Essig, Salz, Spüli waren vorhanden.

Sehr zentrales Appartement mit Dachterrasse

Palermo war ein Abenteuer. Das Appartement war ein Teil davon. Diese Darstellung ist aus Sicht einer deutschen Durchschnittsfamilie gemacht und ist absolut subjektiv. Lasst euch nicht abschrecken, aber sagt hinterher nicht, wir haben euch nicht gewarnt ;) Zuerst hat uns die Adresse auf dem Voucher zu einer falschen Adresse geführt. Nicht so tragisch, der Vermieter war per Handy gut zu erreichen und auch sehr schnell Vorort. Dann zum eigentlichen Appartement. Tür auf in einen Innenhof. Sehr hübsch. Dann eine Treppe hoch (der Fahrstuhl darf nicht für Personen verwendet werden). Erste Treppe, kein Problem. Zweite Treppe, kein Thema. Dritte Treppe, so langsam könnten wir ankommen. Aber weit gefehlt. Es ging noch eine Etage weiter und zwar über eine ca. 50-60 cm breite, sehr steile Treppe hoch zum Dachgeschoss. Puh. Ankunft auf der ersten Dachterrasse. Cooler Blick. Die Küche befand sich auf der Dachterrasse. Ein echtes Wohnzimmer gab es nicht, eher ein Ess- und Schlafzimmer. Sowie ein weiters Schlafzimmer. Bad war ok. Sauberkeit war ok, bis auf den Schimmel im Schlafzimmer. Dusche war quasi ohne Wasserdruck. Betten durchgelegen, aber überzogen. Internet fiel am Tag öfter aus (reboot tut gut). Klimaanlage brauchten wir nicht, Gas-Heizung funktionierte nicht. Geschirr und Küche war etwas schmuddelig. Verstopfter Abfluss war nervig. Direkt neben dem Haus war eine Schule, daher morgens etwas lauter. Wir werden dieses Appartement nicht mehr buchen, wir sind zu verwöhnt ;)

"Un po' delusa"

La posizione dell'appartamento era ottimale per gli spostamenti a piedi o con mezzi pubblici.Il giardino( descritto sul sito) era situato in un altro edificio adiacente, per accedervi dovevi uscire nel vicolo e passare alla casa accanto. Poco utilizzabile!! Nell'appartamento(carino)non vi erano posate o grucce per appendere gli abiti nell'armadio, né la tv.Buona l'accoglienza del proprietario.
