La ubicación es excelente, pero las instalaciones deben de ser remodeladas, y el estacionamiento hacerlo más seguro y techado.

Mixed review: Very nice and helpful staff. There is very little to do in the center of Palenque. If staying again, I would stay at one of the nice hotels on the road out to the ruins. There was only one outlet in the room for all o fly devices. The room was old and definitely not sound proof with windows that let noise in. I could hear everything going on in the main plaza nearby, including the band and military recognition that started at 7 am one morning.

El personal súper accesible y con la mejor disposición de ayudar. Muy bien ubicado. La habitación muy limpia y con aire acondicionado y ventilador funcionales al 100%. Lo único que cambiaría sería la iluminación, demasiados tenues los fotos. La habitación es muy oscura. La alberca súper limpia, no importa si hay gente o no usándola, la mantienen impecable.

Cute hotel in fun town

This is such a unique and quirky hotel. Beds are on the firm side and there are jalousie windows on the wall by the hallway. It’s right by the main town square which can be lively at night. The hotel restaurant has live entertainment as well.

El hotel esta muy descuidado.

Los baños estan muy descuidados tienen moho huele a Viejo y le falta mucho mantenimiento esta en muy mal estado los baños.

メインストリートが至近距離で便利です

隣接する公園を横切るとすぐメインストリートで、好立地です。ホテルは、テラスが広く、空間にゆとりがあります。プールの周りには熱帯植物が植えられていて、綺麗でした。朝食はホテル外となりますが、玄関から３０秒以内に何軒か店があり、不便はありませんでした。

Hotel céntrico

El hotel cuenta con excelente ubicación, en frente de la plaza, cercano a la iglesia, cerca de restaurantes, y venta de artesanías. El personal del hotel es muy amable. le hace falta una remodelación urgente de las habitaciones, sobretodo de los servicios sanitarios. Cuenta con lo básico. No tiene elevador, ni camas King size.

El hotel refiere tener caja fuerte y secadora de cabello y no funcionan; el baño sucio, tenía huellas de sangre en la pared, el primer día no hubo agua caliente y los demás llego a tibia, nos quejamos y no resolvieron nada. Si regreso a Palenque, buscaría otra opción

condiciones del hotel Palenque.

El hotel bien ubicado en el centro. Lo malo es que esta en un andador y el taxi no llega hasta la puerta, nosotros tuvimos que cargar las maletas todo el tiempo. La habitación cómoda y limpia pero olía mucho el desagüe del baño. Nos toco en el 2 piso, no hay elevador ni quien cargue maletas. Por lo demás todo bien

Camere ampie e pulite con aria condizionata un po' rumorosa e colazione misera e scadente (pane tostato non fresco, caffè orribile , un po' di frutta e della marmellata con il burro). Del resto costa poco ma per una notte va bene.

Hotel cerca del ayuntamiento, INTRANSITABLE!

Al hacer el check in en el hotel, nos dieron una habitacion en el primer piso, en las noches y madrugadas que saliamos rumbo al tour, las luces las dejaban apagadas situacion molesta y hasta peligrosa por caer en las escaleras. El servicio de restaurant a la habitacion, demasiado lento, tardaron casi una hora y los alimentos frios y salados, ademas de que el filete de carne estaba fibroso y duro. Despues de la primer noche el aire acondicionado se descompuso y nos cambiaron de habitacion pero el clima no enfria suficiente la habitacion y es que solo llega la programacion hasta los 22 grados centigrados, lo cual no sirve ya que Palenque su temperatura es muy alta en esta temporada. Las toallas deshilachadas, viejas y con olor a humedad. Segun incluye desayuno continental (cafe, fruta y pan tostado) gratis y cuando vas al comedor no te sirven nada, el cafe sabe a tierra y frio!! y aunque ordenamos algo mas de la carta, el desayuno nunca llego. Y no son buenos para disculparse al menos. En general no lo recomiendo y deben sacarlo de la pagina de expedia, porque lo que ofrecen y las fotografias es una pantalla nada mas, pesimo servicio y pesima atencion. El costo por noche fue de 600 pesos aproximadamente, la verdad es un hotel que yo solo pagaria 200 pesos maximo conocedora de lo deficiente que es hotel y no me quejaria seguramente.
