"This hotel was beautiful. Everything about it was five-star. We were greeted by the desk clerk who arranged for our luggage to be brought up. The rooms were great and access to Regusa Ilba was easy-breezy. 2 minute walk into the main square. Breakfast was very nice and the outdoor patio was very nice as well. We would highly recommend this hotel and Ragusa Ilba."

"This was a cute little room that opened right onto the street. It was extremely clean and comfortable, but be warned: the bedroom is up a flight of stairs that seems to be common in Italy, but is certainly not up to code in the United States. If you have Vision deficits, this is not the place for you. I stay downstairs so that I wouldn’t fall down the stairs in the middle of the night. The staff is lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was very nice. The only difficulty is the stairs and that is just a part of the Italian experience."

"Beautiful hotel... the view was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, plenty of linens, and they cleaned the room every day. Staff were very friend, and Breakfast was wonderful. There are lots of stairs to get to the hotel if you have luggage. Help with ZTL access and/or connection with a luggage service would be good."
