Surprisingly quiet for being so central, even within the hotel, which was perfect as a mother visiting Naples solo who never gets silent rest! "Very clean and nice accommodations. Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours.

"Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. - Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock)
- Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere
- Breakfast was delicious and varied
- Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters
- Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias

"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
