Ortigia is such a beautiful and charming city, and our stay was made even more special thanks to the incredible hospitality of our host, Federico. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Federico regularly checked in on us, provided excellent local recommendations, and helped coordinate our car pickups and private transfers. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made our entire stay feel effortless and stress-free, allowing us to truly enjoy our honeymoon. What stood out most was how welcoming and thoughtful he was throughout our visit. It's rare to come across someone who takes such pride in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. We are incredibly grateful to Federico and the entire Cinque Suites Ortigia team for making our stay so memorable. Bed needs to be upgraded, mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Shower is in the bathtub, you need to step over the bathtub to access. Limited views from rooms. Convenient city bus stop not far from the main gate to access downtown and Ortigia. Free parking for those with rental cars. Breakfast is okay, typical large group buffet-style with chaotic frenzy to grab fresh items in limited quantities. Restaurant for dinner is okay but overpriced. Much better dining options in town."
