"It is an old hotel with 57 rooms., very italian, Is well kept but with lots of stairs so be prepared, has an elevator, but some rooms like mine you have to use some stairs as well. It is located up on the hill with views of the port. The rooms are very spacious but outdated, clean room and clean bathroom with A/C. We had a nice view from our balcony. The breakfast was excellent, with different meats and cheeses, breads including croissants, pastries, fruits and yogurts, etc. Our parking was included which is rare. Staff was friendly and courteous. Walking distance to the port and all the restaurants."

"This is such a nicely maintained suite! Location: amazing location, 2mins to the Main Street Amenities: has everything we needed and AC was working very well. It has washer too which was so helpful for us. We also have a backyard where they have a hanging rack with clips (very thoughtful) Communication: the host was very communicative and helped with all the questions and requests we had Everything was perfect, we had the best sleep here out of our whole trip"

"Good value for money, the apartment is located in a beautiful compound surrounded with gardens and with sea view. Good wi fi, air conditioning. Excellent hosts. Highly recommended."

"We just stayed for one night after a late-evening flight into Olbia. We'd recommend! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great, with shops nearby and close walking distance to the port, where you can take a boat to the islands."
