"Annalisa was a wonderful host. Catered to every request. Walked us to restaurant where we had free breakfast. Fresh fruit, ice, coffee, fridge space in common area, access to full kitchen. Highly recommend this B&B. Centrally located. Walk to beach, restaurants, shops, etc. But the best part was Annalisa and her wanting to make your stay as comfortable as possible. "

"This hotel is absolutely fabulous. It’s a small hotel that is in a busy area of downtown Rimini. It is completely renovated, with clean lines and minimalist decor. Beds are spacious and the balcony was a great perk. The standouts for this place are the very close proximity to the water, the free bicycles, and most importantly, the breakfast. "I got to the hotel a whole hour before check-in and the front desk clerk was so nice! He took me to a bathroom so I could freshen up and get changed while I waited for check-in time. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel was excellent, perfect location close to ocean and restaurants. Very nice parking (€25 extra). Breakfast was excellent, best hot chocolate (with milk) I've had for awhile. The only negative is the water in the shower which would go from perfect to either boiling or cold. But once you get used to it and move away when the temperature shift happens, you're ok. Still 5/5 overall."

"We had a fantastic stay at Homie in Rimini. The room was modern, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed how smart the room was and the wide range of channels offered. The hotel was perfectly located near the beach, near restaurants and grocery stores, and about a 20 minute walk to the city center. The staff were so kind during our entire stay and very helpful when we needed to call for a taxi. We’ll definitely be staying at Homie the next time we visit Rimini! :)"

"short walk from Rimini train station, small but efficient reception, nice lounge with comfy chairs, lift, nice airy bright corridors, old fashioned chunky key big room with plenty of space two chairs, walk in wardrobe with fridge & safe (no key). clean bathroom with double shower but big step in. opening windows in bedroom & bathroom, huge tv, not noisy although you could hear trains when windows open. slept well, lovely breakfast with huge choice (open at 07.30 so ok for 08.02 train to Bologna...

"Our stay was marvelous, the place is cosy and represents the proper Italian lifestyle. Pretty close to the beaches with a good variety of restaurants and shops. It is 15 mins away by foot from the central station, definitely recommended!"

"This place was perfect for us. Close to the beach and a short walk to the station, but off the main strip so it was quiet. The blackout curtains worked really well and we didnt hear noise from the festival going on over the weekend. The aircon was great too!"
