Lights were operational, but the fan, electrical outlets, and water heater were all rarely operating. I could not open the windows because the mosquito net was too small for the bed. With the hot weather, the temperature in the room was miserable overnight. I will not stay there again."

"You pay high $ value for this hotel and the first thing is the half mile road leading to hotel is nothing but pot holes and absolutely rugged. Entering the reception area, there was not enough light to fill in the forms, etc. Amenities in the room were less than adequate. "The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. I have done a lot of travel and hotels but this was so far my best experience. It brings two worlds together and it’s absolutely have to visit place if you are looking for safari lodges"
