"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "The room is spaced and clean except we spot a small roach crawling around. Stayed on 52nd floor, the view is excellent. The staffs are very polite and provided excellent services. We have free breakfast and there are a lot of food choices. The hotel ambiance is wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
