Good service, staff spoke excellent english and was very accommodating. Room was neat and tidy and comfortable. Location was excellent, right near Haeli art village and Provence village. Worth the price.

이곳은 여행 숙박으로는 완전 아니예요

퀘퀘한 냄새, 습기 가득찬 이불, 청소가 잘 안된 흔적들이 여기저기서 보여 너무나 기분이 좋지 않았음 취소하고 싶은 마음 굴뚝 같았으나 성수기에 숙소 잡는것이 여의치 않을 것 같았고 3개월 전부터 예약된 터라 그냥 있었다 다시는 가고싶지 않은 그런 숙소였다 주차장에서도 퀘퀘한 냄새가 코를 찌렀다

호텔이 아닌 모텔이구요... 솔직히 말해서 요즘 모텔들 관리 잘해서 깨끗한데 많습니다. 근데 여긴 객실내 먼지들 쌓여있고 곰팡이까지 껴있더라구요. 결국 청결도가 너무 안좋아서 숙박 안하고 중간에 다른 호텔 잡아서 잤습니다. 건물 들어설때부터 나는 이상한 냄새에 산 바로 옆에있어 방도 굉장히 습하구요.. 정말 최악의 숙소였습니다.

프로방스마을과 헤이리예술마을 인접한 컨디션 대체로 만족스러운 숙소.

가격대비 괜찮은 곳이었습니다. 전체금연이라 냄새도 없고 바로 앞에 류재은 베이커리(마늘빵 맛집)과 편의점이 있어 특히 좋았네요. 진입로가 긴 오르막이라 도보로 접근하기는 조금 불편할 수도 있습니다. 그럼에도 재방문 의사 있습니다.

숙소예약시 제고바람...

갑자기 여행을 계획하고, 호텔스닷컴앱에 올라온 평이 좋은 숙소를 선택하여 예약함. 늦은 12시 전후 입실문구를 달고, 당일 우천중 지상주차장이용. 입구는 좁고, 로비는 어둡고.. 자정무렵에 도착했는데, 예약이 확인안돼 당황함.. 친절하지않은 응대에 살짝 기분이 상함. 예약확인후 방을 배정받아 입실하는 순간...담배 냄새와 여러 냄새들이 뒤섞여 불쾌함(주차돼어있는 차량도 몇대밖에 보이지않아 한적하게 느꼈음. 손님도 많지않은데 대실한 방을 배정받은것같아 불쾌했음).. 즉시 숙소 전화로 데스크에 전화걸어 사황을 얘기하고 방을 바꿔달라 요청하고...짐때문에 내려가기힘드니 키를 가져다줄것을 요청, 혼자 근무라 내려오라고하기에 가서 키를 다시받음. 그러나 더 당황스러운것은 엘리베이터를 이용 방으로 이동중, 이동하기힘들다는 직원은 계단을 이용해서 처음배정받은 방으로 가서 냄새를 킁킁맡으며 방을 살피기 시작함... ㅠ 부탁을 무시하고 따라온 직원을 뒤에서 보고 직원의 행동에 어이없었고 정말 불친절한 행동에 기분이 매우 상함. 취소하고 다른 숙소로 가고싶었지만, 간만의 가족여행에 분위가 망칠까 참음. 그러나 너무 속상함... 다시는 이용하지않을 것임.

헤이리 예술 마을에서 2~3분 거리, 그리고 파주 맛고을 길 목에 위치해 식사 해결도 쉬웠어요. 직원분은 아주 친절하고 세심하게 배려해 기분도 좋았고요. 욕실에 스파가 있어 피로 푸는데 그만이었습니다. 깔끔하고 정감가는 체험을 하고 갑니다.

호텔 외관 처럼 프론트, 복도, 객실 간결하면서 아주 깨끗했 어요. 물 수압도 쎄고 온수는 뜨거울 정도로 잘 나왔고요. 직원분은 매우 친절하시고 센스있으셔서 좋은 인상을 주 었어요. 욕실에 스파 욕조가 있어 피로푸는데 그만이었어 요. 기대는 그리 많이 하지 않았는데 뜻 밖에 기분 좋게 묵고 갑니다.

Was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff who spoke excellent english, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Can't say enough about the staff who were extremely accommodating. 1 min drive from Provence theme park, 3 min drive from Heyri art valley. Extremely convenient. The spa tub in the bathroom was another highlight, massaging aches and sores, simply delightful.

침대가 푹신해 좋았습니다.

방은 조금 좁은 감이 있었고 PC는 없었으나 침대가 푹신거려 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 수압도 좋고 깨끗하여 좋았습니다.
