"Great and lovely place!!! The staff was so helpful even when I had some water temperature issues it was a great stay, if you’re looking for activities as a solo traveler maybe try another resort since most of the excursions you need more than 1 person."
"Large room, large bathroom, tv with air play, good wifi, breakfast was free with our room. dinner there was tasty. It's windy at this hotel but that is the only "issue", if you even wanna call it that... it's a valley so expect drafts.
Highly recommend: has walkout rooms if on the first floor (rooms 12-15)"
"I absolutely loved everything about this location. I would go back in a second. It is in beautiful surroundings, parking is available, the views are spectacular, the rooms are quiet and very comfortable, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the food at the restaurant was delicious - I loved everything about staying here and highly recommend it. "Brand new property with clean spacious rooms. Ample storage in the room and large bathroom with walk in shower and Molton brown toiletries. There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. There is a roof terrace bar with amazing views of the surrounding mountains with complimentary drinks for guests each evening 5pm to 7pm which was a really nice touch. All the staff are professional and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent quality and lots of variety. The dinners in the terra vegetarian restaurant and tempo restaurants were excellent quality. We didn’t eat in fuego so can’t comment on that. The food prices are at the higher end but all great quality. We paid around $70-80 for 2 people for 2 courses each and 1 drink each. Our only criticism was the room rate included breakfast however we were charged extra ($30 for 2) for a takeout breakfast on the day we had an early pick up for a trip out with a guide which was a bit steep given the room rate. There were lots of birds in the area and the hotel could attract many to the gardens/grounds if the hummingbird feeders were regularly replenished (they were practically empty our full 5 day stay). A suggestion would be to use up any left over fruit such as papaya or banana to set up a feeding station for wild birds in the hotel gardens "
