Surprising
A lovely looking resort but we were unaware there was no restaurant or bar because it was a Sunday! I'd love to see it in full swing. The receptionist was great and found us a couple of plates of food and brought it to our accommodation. A life saver.

The staff were absolutely amazing. A little way out of the city which we loved! We had a beautiful view, we loved all the animals and the food was delicious too! Absolutely underrated. The pool was amazing too! Our bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. Thank you for having us!!

staff were not awake at 7am for any breakfast dining room still had dishes and food from night before cat eating scraps on the table dogs and cats roaming the rooms and dining area freely smell of cats around restaurant dogs kept us awake at night shower door and bed broken dishes not washed up- no plugs in sinks

We had a disappointing stay at Rivland Resort. The Resort was very tired looking and had no luxury touches which were shown in the photos. The Resort was a bit of a small holding, several horses roamed around and cats and dogs were in the dining area and eating off the bar. With the exclusion of the receptionist the staff were very rude. The free breakfast was a bowl of stale bread and jam. The photos on Expedia are exceptionally deceptive.

Pratique pour un vol tôt le matin
Nous avons choisi l'hôtel Rivland pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport (environ 25 minutes de trajet). Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse et équipée d'une kitchenette et d'une belle terrasse. La literie était un peu trop moelleuse à notre goût. La salle de restauration est très grande et ouverte sur un joli panorama.

La viande cuite n'est pas le met qui se conserve le mieux au réfrigérateur il est conseillé de la manger immédiatement. Service "Royal3 grâce à la réceptionniste qui a fait tout le nécessaire pour que mon arrivée depuis l'aéroport à l'hôtel, puis de l'hôtel à Nouméa centre. Chambre propre et en tous points conforme aux photos, réveil par l'âne qui se promène entre les bungalows... Petit dej servi avec le sourire par un personnel très sympa. Cadre magnifique, le prix correspond à la qualité de l'hôtel. Merci à l'équipe.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit de samedi soir car nous prenions l’avion tôt le dimanche matin et l’hôtel n’est pas très loin. Quelle erreur. Une fête était organisée sans que nous ayons été prévenus à la réservation ou au Check in. La musique tonitruante ne s’est arrêtée qu’à 2:05 le matin. Il n’y avait pas de poubelle dans la chambre, pas de torchon pour l’évier, pas de savon au lavabo. Pas d’accès à la piscine Cela mérite un dédommagement

Tout sauf un Resort
A 17.000F la nuit c’est une honte. Les bungalows sont vieillissants, la literie est à changer. Les alentours sont totalement à l’abandon. Ça ressemble d’avantage à un blackpackers low cost qu’à un ressort!!! Une très mauvaise expérience. Ce lieu n’a absolument rien d’extraordinaire. Ce n’est ni à faire, ni à refaire.
