Lovely small hotel in the orchards. Excellent views all around. Breakfast was simple but very nice.

The hotel is in a smart residential area outside of the centre. Transport is great with a regular bus service outside of the hotel taking just 15 mins to the centre and beaches. The hotel is modern, rooms are good and breakfast is decent. There are just a couple of bars/places to eat nearby, but mainly bars as opposed to restaurants - All staff were helpful….We enjoyed our stay 👍

The staff are really friendly with a great sense of humour. Rooms are very comfortable. Situated a little out of town, the surroundings are very restful. Vented of San Sebastián is a short bus ride.

Very clean room and around the hotel. Members of staff very welcoming and polite, went above and beyond. Great facilities and parking is free during the night from 8pm and 8am

I had the most incredible time a the Hotel Zenit Convento and was really sad to go. Everything from check in through to check out was seamless and the staff extremely kind and accomodation. We really couldn't fault the room. It was beautiful, well presented. The only complaint I had to be fair though was the lack of accessible TV in English, and attempting to cast was also not too possible. I guess this is a non-issue anyway when you;re visiting San Sebastian, you'll want to be out and about...

Warm welcome and great location for exploring tolosa!

We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Luxe for 2 nights … lovely hotel located just outside San Sebastián (SS) on the cliff tops. Food from the Bistro was excellent (the main restaurant closes on a Sunday and Monday) …. Perfect for trips into SS using the local bus (number 16 -2 Euros fare) and a taxi or bus back as parking is very difficult in SS. Hotel ideal as a base for exploring the delights of SS and the Basque region… highly recommended

An unexpected stay to break a long journey. This was an excellent, comfortable hotel with great service and a very good breakfast. The town of San Sebastian was lovely to visit as well - though the hotel is quite a steep walk above the town. If taking your car into town, be aware of the complex one-way system and head for the underground car parks.

Great hotel, boutique vibe without silly bar prices(1 beer & a good glass of red for less than 4 euro) fab location, everything is totally walkable in San Sebastián, bars/eatery’s on your doorstep. Biggest shout out is to the amazing helpful staff, particularly Ibai and Sandra, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. when we realised we’d left our passports at previous hotel 🙈these guys went above & beyond to help us out.
