"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."

"Although the structure was about an 18 minute walk to the centre of Historic Lecce, we chose this hotel for a one week stay because it was very historical and beautiful. Starting from the reception staff to the breakfast staff they were very obliging and there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was kept up to date with ample food by Katia and her colleagues to make sure nothing was missing. An employee, Antonio, went beyond his regular duties to make sure we had English tv channels. The room was very spacious and provided ample space for a very comfortable stay. The room was kept clean. There were two restos to chose from a 5 star Michelin and a traditional one."

"Hotel is lovely and the location perfect. Staff were exceptionally helpful with everything, including excellent restaurant recommendations. Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car. "Great location, but a car is definitely needed. A very tranquil place, with only 14 rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size and clean, however rather sparsely furnished. Staff were excellent, very helpful and offered a great service. The breakfast room was well stocked with a good variety of cold foods. The evening restaurant always seemed quiet but Mesagne was only a short drive away and offered a wide variety of dining options. The lunchtime menu was simple but adequate and tasty. The pool area was very spacious and clean however sweeping it at 5.30 am is not ideal as wakes you up. The pool itself is huge and whilst the water was clean and clear parts of the side and bottom were rather dirty and green in places which was rather off putting. WiFi was great, heating/air con excellent and complimentary bubbles on arrival was a nice touch. The resident dog, Gina, was always there in the carpark to welcome us after our day trips out which was rather cute! Location is great, close to Brindisi airport and beach ( 20 mins and 30 mins drive respectively) and lots of places of interest within 1-2 hours drive away."
