"Had issues with my credit card payment at the front desk reception. Apparently they only allow pin transaction credit card, no signature transaction. Fortunately, I had a local there to help me to pay first. Many mini cockroaches found in the room toilet and areas beside the bed, despite after changing my room once. "There was a confusion during check in, i booked four rooms but they only received 2 under my name. While the others aren't. That caused a delay but no issue. Pool was great but there's only 1 indoor shower available. And there's no hook or hanger on the changing rooms. "
