The food at the bar could improve as well but was not bad. The only problem is that taxis can't drop you off at the hotel and you have to walk uphill a little with the luggage. "Amazing staff. The guest service is among the best I've ever experienced. They were always smiling and ready to offer any assistance or provide tourist information. The room for four people was spacious enough and very well-equipped. It also has a terrace on the fifth floor with a lovely view of the Clérigos Tower. From that terrace, we were able to prepare our own New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy the fireworks."

"The hotel was wonderful! We booked two rooms for 5 nights and our experience was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfectly decorated, just like a guest room at any home. The sheets and towels where in perfect condition. We stayed during the New Year celebrations and although the hotel is right in front of the festivities, our rooms where quite, we could sleep peacefully. The bathroom was clean and modern. I absolutely loved this boutique hotel and recommend it to anyone going to Porto. "

There are ample restaurants and cafes steps away, and markets and shopping are minutes walk away as well.
