I was in a handicapped room and the shower looks like it needs to be deep cleaned. The lotion container was empty and the shampoo and conditioner was almost gone. But bed was clean and comfortable. Afternoon/night staff woman was amazing!!! Very helpful and very very kind!

Staff friendly. Didn't supply enough toilet paper in the room. Clean but did see roaches in the room. I reported to housekeeper. Respect is a privilege. Maybe still visit the hotel change ECHO and SUITES of WYNDHAM. Have a good day
