I checked in around 9:00 AM and approached the front desk. The staff member asked for my identification, returned it, and instructed me to wait to the side. After waiting for about 25 minutes with no update, I approached her again to ask what I was waiting for. Only then was I informed that check-in time is at 12:00 noon.
This information should have been communicated to me from the beginning so I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting unnecessarily. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and consider this poor customer service.

"Apparently, Sunday and Monday afternoon till evening (7pm) they rent half their teeny tiny pool out for swim lessons. I specifically booked this stay as gift for my grandson (12th) birthday. Unlimited swimming for hours was the thought. In the shallow 1/2 of pool taken up by the entrance steps....WAS ..."

"I came in about 2pm to check in and there's about 15 people in the lobby. I wait in line for over 30 minutes and the lady tells me "Check in is at 4pm and I'm checking in these guys cause they've been here since 11am." Trying to make sure I understand correctly, I ask, "So I can't check in until ..."
