"Our stay in the VIP backstage trailers was absolutely spectacular!! Such a fun unique experience! The heated pool was out of this world although very small! The room was very clean! More ventilation options is definitely a must to avoid the occasional musty smell that hotels adopt. Our stay was for a concert at the house of blues and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! "

"Breakfast was great. Staff was a bit snobby and did not seem happy to be working there. Hotel was very noisy and I noticed several holes in the walls at different points in the hotel which I thought was odd. It was my first stay at a Hilton hotel and I don't thing I'd stay at another one. "

"upon first arrived the staff was very helpful and accommodating ! And when i first entered the room it was very clean and the city view was amazing ! i also loved the interactive tablet for the room as well"

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."

"Our rooms were not available at 4pm check in time, we discovered while trying to shower that 1 of our rooms had no shower soap or hand soap. It turns out the ENTIRE HOTEL HAD NO HAND SOAP. Then the elevator started going haywire while us + others were in it. Then their engineering team insisted they had to come in to upgrade our TVs immediately, despite do not disturb signs being on. "

"Cool boutique hotel in an older building, but new, modern rooms. Our room had an awesome exposed-brick wall, comfy king bed and pillows, and it was super clean. Great access to the harbor and an easy walk to the north end and Commons - just follow the Freedom Trail brick line. "
