"Wonderful hotel experience! There is a cute little duck family that lives on the property. Delicious food and drinks. Accommodating! the arcade game room was 2 bucks a game which was too expensive in my opinion. But overall excellent overall stay! "

"This is a good hotel to stay at near LAX. The free shuttle to/from the airport is very handy. The room was spacious and clean. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and one of the cleaning staff saw that we wanted ice so they went to another floor and got a large bag of ice for us. This was very nice of them to do this. All staff were very friendly saying hello and asking if we needed anything. There's a Carl's Jnr just down the road so we were able to buy a cheaper dinner than going to the restaurant. Our only disappointment was we booked a runway view room and confirmed this when we checked in. From our room we could only see the planes approaching the runway to land not actually landing or taking off."

"The shuttle bus services not good. The driver’s attitude is below par. There are too much noises from the air conditioner inside my room which made me hard to sleep. Water pressure in the bathroom is a bit weak. "
