Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

"The elevator is horrible. They need to let people go to the driver floor. They’re going to. It’s a mess. The system is not good and people rig it. They get on and off the elevator. It’s a mess. There’s large crowds and a lot of traffic and it’s very dangerous during emergency situation. It will be worse. They need to fix the exits and entrances. It’s hazardous."

"Staff was very attentive, it was at a very convenient place to be able to do multiple things in north LA for the weekend. Unfortunately it was inconvenient that 2 of the elevators were down (1 near the lobby and the main one in the parking) It's not the most fancy hotel, but it was worth the price we paid. The Cafe had a solid selection of breakfast, price was also nothing crazy, plus it being right there made it worth it. Another positive is the location is also near the Burbank Town Center, which is a pretty sizable mall, that you could even walk to if your up for it. I can say I would plan to stay here again if I were to be planning my trip for north LA/Burbank/Hollywood"

"We did our research before staying here, the Yelp reviews or other reviews don't do this place justice, the staff is friendly when arriving and leaving, the shuttle service to Disneyland park and pick up is great!! We got the room with the castle bed for our daughter and it was beautiful🙌 we were there celebrating her birthday and she loved it, the game room is everything, beautiful place, we will definitely keep this place for the future again!"

Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay

"We typically stay on Cannery Row at the InterContinental so this was our first at the Portola. PERFECT location for my husband and I and a gorgeous beachy room. He walked to the pier for a fishing day, and I was able to safely walk with others on a pedestrian trail on the boardwalk each morning. Alvarado Street has so many fun shops and restaurants for nighttime. My only negative was one of the mornings I went downstairs to the restaurant by myself. I was seated, then ignored for 20 minutes. Waitstaff made eye contact, but never came to my table. I ended up going to Starbucks. Other than that ideal stay."

"Tyler at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, respectful, and professional\. Everything about our stay was excellent\! The room was exceptionally clean, the shower worked perfectly, and the view was amazing\. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back\. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay\!"
