Staff were very professional, attentive and kind. The property is very well maintained but there is a smell as any older property would have. Great service and great location made for a one of a kind experience.

Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay

Amazing hotel, staff were super helpful and lovely. Hotel location is right in the middle of town with loads of eating and wine bars next to it.
