"Although this is an exceptional property to stay at as far as cleanliness and great scenery, this time around service wasn’t as great as it usually has been, and they’ve taken away the full continental breakfast that was one of the major amenities that this hotel offered. Also the friendliness of the staff just wasn’t there like it always has been. "

The people on the property appeared to live there and they were extremely abrut and gave an uneased unsecure unsafe feeling"

"It has a great location near everything but one of the reasons I booked it was because it has an indoor pool that I suppose would be warm. The pool was very cold and the pool area too. It’s not making sense. I couldn’t swim in the pool."

"We had a wonderful three nights stay for a tournament. Karyn at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Anything we needed, we got. A wonderful breakfast with multiple options. 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to uptown. It’s a perfect location."
