This property is one of the only reasonably priced options along a long stretch of highway, but unfortunately it is in a fair amount of disrepair. Everything is very worn and it did not feel well kept up. The cleaning woman we encountered was very nice and friendly, though, and clearly doing her best with situation. We unfortunately would not choose this property again.

Owners put no money into the property. Its old and ran down. The pool area is closed because it's to much for them to keep up with. Nothing broke, just to cheap to keep it up.

I reserved a room and paid through Expedia. When I got to the hotel the manager told me I had to pay again and that he did not accept Expedia payment and I had to pay in cash. Then he tells me that if I’m not going to pay to leave. I contacted expedia and told me they would refund me however when they reached out to the property manager wasn’t approving anything. I did not get any services, had nothing under my control, and was still denied a refund. I tried to check in but the manager was rude and intimidating. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone at all. Today I received an email from Expedia that stated that they will not continue to help me or do anything. The property is located in the middle of desert, it was a scary location almost apocalyptic looking. The manager did not do anything to help, or accommodate and state continuously that without cash payment he would not help at all. Again, please don’t stay here. Saving a couple dollars isn’t worth it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in all my years traveling and roadtripping

Honestly for the price I paid. I guess I got what I paid for. The room is definitely old and dirty. Stains everywhere moldy. Front desk rude and unfriendly. The area arriving at night. Horrible. Very unsafe feeling. Overall I wouldn’t stay here with a family. Great for a single person trying to save money. Would not stay here again or recommend. Sorry honest opinion however for the price point. You get what you pay for.

Never again will stay at this place. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Room was 60 degrees, lobby was also FREEZING. No security lock. Clerk was rude. Probably cause he was also freezing. No tissue, no blow dryer. Very old and rundown place.

Check in process the guy was rude and was asking what we were bringing in. The room was dirty stains on the toilet and towels and bedding. There was cat poop by our door. The shower head was so filthy also.

Rooms are so dirty, bad smell, no cleanliness, it seems towels are used .... not provided any towels, no one at the reception to ask for. No proper breakfast.

Perfect for an overnight stay. They had hot breakfast items!! The towels were old but seemed clean but sheets were quite stained or really thinned out. It works if you’re only there for a short amount of time!

Nice staff, breakfast good, hotel appears to have seen better days. Inside pool looked interesting, but not open. Was good for a one night stay in between our trip.

This property was grand in it's day, some 40-50 years ago, today it's a bit run-down and in need of maintenance. With that said, it's clean and serves it's purpose and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I learned never to book non-refundable. The hotel wants you to book non-refundable because they know when you see the hotel you will want your money back, but they get to keep your money. Rooms are beat up, AC, shower, and toilet did not work. Closet door broken and hanging crooked. The upper floor was dark, I beleive the hotel is partly shut down while they run the last few rooms into the ground.

I'm sure it was beautiful in its prime. It worked for what we needed as we just needed a place to crash as we were driving through. The pool/hot tub are closed, the restaurant next door was closed. Our room reaked of Marijuana.

Bypass Ozona proper
This is An older hotel a few miles outside of Ozona. Less expensive but if all you need is a place to sleep overnight this is a great place. No frills quiet place.

The hotel was cute. Only saw the staff on check in. The pool was not working. The pool area was very cute and each room had it's own door to the pool area.
