The room was clean and nice. Pillows (unlike most hotels I stay in) were great. The owners were friendly, breakfast was good, about a million channels on TV, and price was very fair. Would stay there again without hesitation.
The best hotel to stay in when traveling cross country has all the amenities necessary , washer , dryer , very nice and the town of ozona beautiful and peacefully our view was beautiful horses roaming in their yard ,, lovely place !!

Thank you for taking time to review our Quality Inn ozona.
The carpet in our room was soaking wet from a leak. Very dirty & would not stay here again.

I think there is a confusion at your end. The room you stayed at Quality Inn ozona does not have any carpet. It is the room with hard floor. Thank you for staying with us.
Check in was easy arrived there a little after midnight after getting stuck in the thunderstorm with hail, but we got there checked in and I was so late I fell asleep room look, clean bed soft bathroom was clean have a night manager was very friendly
One night stay during a rode trip. Thought the front office was friendly and very helpful. Comfortable rooms, like Direct TV, like the sink separate from tub and toilet, and breakfast was good and plenty of choices.

Thank you for such a kind words. We hope to see you again.
If checking in at night …STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST unless you plan on doing hot yoga in your room. We checked in at 10:30p after being on the road for about 14 hrs today. We walk in and our room is 96 degrees. And it’s been 100 in the Texas heat ALL DAY. I go to office to ask for a better room and they tell me that they don’t cool off any rooms before the checkins. At this point I just want to find a comfortable place to rest for the night so I ask for a refund and will move down the road. They wouldn’t refund me because I’ve already “used the room” it has only been 30 mins since we checked in. On top of it all my kids are thirsty and the lobby was closed so I asked the attendant if they had a vending machine or somewhere I could buy drinks. She points me to the vending machine that I find out is out of order, which asks you to “buy drinks at the counter “. I go back and she says “yeah I can sell them to you via the window.” I feel like now everything is making me upset and I am being petty but it is still 83 degrees in my room at 12a and I’m not getting a good rest for the next leg of my trip. There are fake eyelashes on the sink and in the bath and mold in the mini fridge. I travel a lot for work so I’ve stayed in many many hotels and this is by far the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had.

Thank you for taking time to review. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in future. As any household or commercial AC does take time to cool down. It doesn’t happen instantly. So when you came to complain you told front desk that it was 82 in the room. Then front desk did offer to move you to other room and you declined. Also refund is not in our hand since your room was booked thru Expedia.
