This Hampton Inn is right off of the interstate. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. They have a pretty good breakfast included, not as good as it used to be, but it's still good.

Not really pet friendly
I looked up pet friendly hotels.. They charged me a $75.00 pet fee!!! 20.00 or even 30.00 is normal. It was late and we couldnt refund. Hotels.com needs to let people know at the time of booking. And shame on Hampton Inn for price gouging. There were no cups in the room.

Easy parking for my car and U-Haul.... Vanessa let me switch rooms so I could keep an eye on my car and trailer...she was so kind and caring.....Appreciated the hot breakfast and friendly breakfast attendant...super sweet and helpful kept it stocked and hot-fresh....my only concern was she used the same orange towel to clean around the food tables and the lounge area tables and seats.... Easy location and wonderful shower in RM 316...extra FIRM bed though, I do travel with a foam pad that I had to use..bed way too firm for me...Great pillows...very colorful decor and very clean room.

The room was a nice size, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice. The room was clean. Do wish there had been a better television selection. No national television stations.

Very rude service. Showed up with an Expedia reservation that was completely paid for. I was told that I had to pay for an additional $50 incidental fee. The front desk person was nice but the manager was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived in the evening, tired after a 5 hour drive, and just wanting to sleep. When I spoke to the manager, she told me it wasn’t there fault that Expedia was not doing rates correctly and we could either pay the fee or cancel it and leave.

They had decided to close the pool for the season because it was getting cool in the mornings and evening, even though it was over degrees out at noon. No indication on their web site nor the Expedia website the pool was closed. It was still reporting a pool was an available feature.

The only issue i had was checkimg in. I booked my room through hotels.com but when i went to check in there was no record of.me.on the ststem so i had.to call hotels.com and it took about 45 min. To check in. Other than that the stay was fine although if there are rooms available at holiday inn. I will probably stay theere next time. Thank you
