Very affordable rate for a night and cleaned. Not crazy for the continental breakfast, no fruits and coffee very weak but overall was a pleasant stayed.

This room is okay but nothing special. We had two double beds in the room and there wasn't much room for anything else. The continental breakfast was a joke. 1 cereal and donuts and coffee. The lamp Nate floor store n the room was cheap and noisey. The location was fine. The room had a stale smell to it.

If you are expecting how gross and dirty America's Best Value Inn is, this property is an exception. Well maintained, clean and parking right at your doorstep. Staff helpful and kind. For sure I'll be back here!

I was able to park in front of the room Pet fees should be posted at the time of booking and not when I arrive at the Motel. There was no place on the Expedia site to account for pets. Clerk at the front desk graciously waived the fee. She told me I could cancel, but I knew according to Expedia I was past the cancellation time. Also when a facility says pet friendly they should list if there is a place to walk your dog for potty time. This facility was only 3 blocks away from a city park where I could take the dog otherwise the facility was completely paved.

AC/Heater can get loud. Thin bed cover/linen. Friendly front desk person/owner. Quiet environment. Didn’t need service. Nice bathroom. The one story bldg. makes loading/unloading personal items easy. Also, free parking is in front of the unit. Well-lighted parking area.

Cute, quiet little motor motel, clean rooms and great service. Small town not a lot or dining options, but a good stop over on our road trip. Breakfast was cereals, muffins, coffee typical continental. I would stay again.

I didn’t get a lot of sleep, first because I was freezing, the so called „blanket“ was a little bit thicker than a bedsheet. Maybe good for the summertime but not during winter. Second, the typical Motel A/C - heatpump was very laud. The place was clean though and the parking lot well lit. I received a weird message from the property in even more weird English, talking about the price of amenities, I still don’t understand what the point of this message was. The following night I stayed at a Wyndham Hotel and paid approximately $20 less for a much better room.

The room was clean and freshly painted…better than I expected from the outside of the hotel. Our bed was stated as a queen but was only a double. The bed had only a very thin sheet like coverlet and no extra blankets in the room…definitely need more bedding on beds. Heater was loud all night turning on and off

Very nice accessible room at an affordable price
We needed a handicap accessible room and the one we got at America's Best Value Inn in Ozona, Texas. The compact 2-queen bed room still had room for maneuvering our rollator walker, plenty of grab bars in bathroom and the walk-in shower was great. Convenient reserved parking right outside the room. Very clean. Free breakfast at the office was some good coffee and a selection of a few packaged sweet rolls and fruit. Perfect to start out day and get us back on the road. The only suggestions we would make would be to relocate the toilet paper closer to the toilet (now a bit of a reach one of us couldn't make,) to make sure all light bulbs in the bathroom work (one was burned out) and to provide a lamp outlet in the room that includes a USB port for recharging phones. Minor, minor distractions from a stay that was the best on our 3-night trip. Will definitely return when our cross-state Rte.10 trips bring us close to Ozona.
