"Beautiful, unique hotel in downtown Springfield, MO. We have stayed here many times for weekend getaways and it’s always wonderful. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend the on site restaurant/bar at front of hotel and also the rooftop lounge. We will be back soon!!"

"The property is great, it was our second time staying here and everything went smoothly! We love the shuttle to Silver Dollar City although I would mention they don’t run some days so best to call ahead! We love the hot tub and the aqua trikes were so much fun for our kids! We love the pools and hot tubs and they have cute little festival areas for the kids at holidays. The only changes I would love to see here are shuttle everyday (it’s one of our biggest reasons for choosing this resort), an ice machine somewhere would be lovely and an 11:00 checkout would be so much better and is more in line with most of the other places we’ve stayed in Branson."

"The quiet property was central to everything we wanted to do. The walk down to the waterfalls was a quick little break. We didn't spend time in the Ozark Fun Center but did walk through it. The arcade was bigger than expected. The indoor was unexpectedly closed. There was mold on the handle/crossbar in the bathtub. We only had 3 sets of towels when we arrived for a 4-person check in at 930 pm. They were prompt to bring them to use when we called the front desk. We did play ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, and several rounds of mini golf. Overall, we would strongly recommend this property and will visit again."
