"The room was clean, shower water pressure was pitiful, very low pressure and flow. Bed was very comfortable. The wi Dow shades would not close and the sheer screen let in to much light from the parking lot. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were helpful."

"Everything was good. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The property and room was always clean. Location and convenience to shopping and dining was easily accessible. The room had full kitchen providing microwave, fridge, stove, dish washer and dishes that helps when traveling especially with children. Have stayed here many times and will be back again soon while visiting with family. Thank you for another comfortable stay."

"Towels were dirty when I took up front the floor towel from bathroom had foot prints from shoes on it and wash cloth was dirty when I took it to the front desk and asked for clean ones she had the nerve to tell me it’s for the floor it will be ok. I paid for a room that’s suppose to be clean. I shouldn’t have to go buy towels or amenities like soap and shampoo this is all supposed to be supplied and clean come on get it together breakfast was horrible cereal and waffle no hot breakfast the guy on the second day was more nicer Saturday afternoon than the lady who checked me in on Friday he gave me clean towels with questioning or telling me anything"

"Room was filthy. Bathrooms had mold. Sleeper sofa had urine/feces stains. Pool was foggy & smelled weird. Laundry facilities were “out of order” the 3 days we were there. It’s Dothan, yes, it’s a 2 star hotel, yes, but basic bare minimum cleanliness & function was completely lacking. The lady at the front desk was not helpful & gave us 3 different names for a managers number to call, no one would ever answer."
