"KAT had fresh baked chocolate cookies which were a nice touch at check in. Breakfast was good, hot and ready in the morning. "

"Room was nice and clean, even tho it was a smoking room, it wasn’t bad at all. It is in a hole by itself so some people might feel sketched but i felt perfectly safe. Bed was comfortable, shower was dated but worked for what you need it too, floors and furniture looked to have been done recently. Front desk lady is the reason for some stars missing when filling out this. Just wasn’t welcoming and felt like i was a burden to her day for trying to check in and out ."

"If you are coming to Lincoln Landing for a fishing tournament their is not better place to stay. They have plent of space and plugs for your boat. The hotel is right on the river so it has a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Their last check in time ends at 11pm, but I got there around 4am, and the front desk was able to greet us with nice smile "

"If you are pulling a trailer or a bass boat there is not enough room but for a couple. They have 120v outlets available for charging your boat batteries."

"I've stayed at this property a lot over the years (about 7 years now). They don't seem to be putting any funds into upkeep so it's getting a bit worn. I had a small issue at check in with the night clerk announcing my room number loudly in a lobby with multiple people. it's a safety issue for me and I did let him know politely that it wasn't ok. The morning clerk was very nice and said she'd let management know. "
