"Our room booked for 4 people was only suitible for 2. The sofa bed was not made up, and there were no extra sheets to make it up ourselves. One person had to sleep on the sofa and 3 shared the king bed. We were not in the main building and there is no one on site for the seniors building where our room was located. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great clean property right across the village. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room with fireplace was very comfortable and cozy. Two washrooms for the one bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise. Didn’t use the large terrace because it was winter but will come back in the summer to enjoy it and the outdoor pool. Highly recommend this place when in Blue Mountain."

"Our room was lovely and looked very clean. The staff were very nice, and seems like young hockey teams use this hotel often as there are "no mini sticks" signs in the hallways! The night was quiet and relaxing for the most part. A great hotel for the price point as others in the area are pretty run down."
