"Rooms were quiet which was nice"

"We had a great time on a girl's weekend. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. There was no elevator to the second floor and it was a bit disappointing that breakfast was not included in the price. The pool area was also clean and the pool itself was warm and relaxing. Too bad the hottub area was closed down, that would have been a big bonus. All in all, a good experience and a reasonable price to stay in Collingwood!"

"This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Their suites were large and gave us tons of room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked a small exercise room but they didn’t have one, but otherwise it was just great. Stores, movies and Tim Hortons were all within easy walking distance."

"Overall a good property. Lots of activities in the village included in the stay. Plunge Aquatic centre should be included, the facility is adjacent to the hotel and very pricey for what it is. If you’re over 5’5 ask for a room on the lower floors, 5th floor has very low alcove ceilings which is a hazard frankly. "

"I am really disgutted on my stay and I am blaming Hotel.com and the hotel Quality Inn. No mention on web site there was no pool , no WIFI . One receptionnist said WIFI is OK the other one said not working for 3 days. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom I had to call the reception. No glass in the room. How can you advertise on your site without warning people of these problems. You should refund your customer for force Quality Inn to give a credit ."
