"Superior service at the front desk no matter who assisted us. The breakfast was good and both evenings we got (3) free bar drinks each along with some really good food options, all of which were free. The parking garage was super convenient and also free. This was the first time we have stayed at a Drury Inn & Suites, and we will definitely use this hotel chain in the future."

"Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our room and stay. The service and check in was a little slow. Our biggest complaint was that the first floor hallway stunk of marijuana and it was strongly coming through the bathroom vent in the morning. The floor was supposed to be non smoking. "

"The property is well maintained; the room was clean and spacious. It's convenient to the convention center. The staff was personable and professional. I would stay there again if in the area."

"Claire at the front deak was wonderful! Weather was terrible and we asked for first floor room. She accommodated us and was very pleasant. The breakfast was not very good. Did not have meat or potatoes on it. And the waffle maker needed to be placed somewhere else so people didnot stand so close to tables."

"Service was great. Every team member we came in contact was was extremely friendly and helpful. When I experienced a temporary issue with the laundry, I was told I could take laundry to the hotel’s laundry room. The only small issue was an odd smell (mustiness) in the room."
