"The lobby was very saturated with cigarette smoke. The bar and restaurant was the only reason I would return. The staff at the bar was kind, funny and made you feel at home. The food was amazing. I had the beet/ blackberry salad."

They charged for parking $12 but when asked if we needed a parking pass we were never told they charge to park ! Like there was no place else to park. I will never stay in another double tree hotel. "

It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine but felt old and pilled, the tv never had signal, and the phone in the room did not work. I didn’t use any amenities so can’t speak to those. "
