"The staff, upon learning it was my birthday, upgraded my room to king size bed, put up a happy birthday sign on the headboard, and left bubbles and chocolate for me as well. A really kind and thoughtful touch that made my stay feel more intimate and personal. All the staff were great and love the new bar 1926. Have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and really love the renovation. Such a great location and all around vibe!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Took advantage of the free breakfast (bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, granola, berries, hard boiled eggs), and the wine and cheese hour was nice. The pool and hot tub were good and never crowded, and the grounds were nicely landscaped. We used the 2 hour bike rental coupon and enjoyed exploring. Would have preferred a smaller dresser, with more space to set up suitcases, but not a big deal. Bathroom was spacious. Room was not very soundproof. Good food at Chad's down the street, harbor area had volleyball nets and sailing."
