What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! This property was amazing, as were our hosts. Everyone went above & beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The children loved the surprises on there pillows & meeting the adorable benji! Us adults loved the the clean & spacious room, the warm welcome & the assistance shown. We paid extra for breakfast & think that was extremely well priced, & very delicious! Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x

Great hotel at the home of football. First class service and first class food. Check in and out was well above the standard expected. Its so nice to be welcomed by a smiling face. As for the food, a small evening menu of choice, but well worth it and a credit to the staff who prepared it. I have finally found somewhere that can cook bacon the correct way for breakfast.(been travelling since 1984). The layout and presentation of the breakfast items, sets the standards for other hotels to follow....
