We are so sorry you had a negative experience and wish you had notified someone as we could have easily changed your room. We did check the room after your departure and it did appear that the room had been used so we are not sure if you might have stayed for a while. We are so sorry you feel that way, we do not advertise we have a Hot Springs onsite we are the closest hotel to the town of Ouray Hot Springs Pool, we are very clear that our Hot Tubs are closed from October 31 - May 21st for our guest safety as the decking becomes very icy. Our pricing is subject to change based on demand and occupancy and may go up or down at any time. You did not book through the hotel but through a online provider and they may offer different pricing as well. We are sad to hear you will not be visiting us again but hope all your future trips to Ouray will be fantastic. Thank you.
