"What a fabulous room, the view across the canal was lovely. I had a wonderful, restful stay for a very reasonable price. Staff were really helpful, I had booked 2 nights but only needed 1. I didn't think I could cancel the 2nd night without paying for it anyway and the girl at check in double checked this for me. The housekeeping team were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed that 2nd night. Delft is lovely. "

"The hotel has been extended and the reason is clear, very warm, cosy and modern interior with polite staff (mostly women) who tend to your every need. The bar and restaurant are satisfactory for week long stays. Affordable and delicious! The rooms are modern and spacious with beautiful views and its a short taxi ride to the two closest times and the port. Would reccomend highly "

"Nice hotel and friendly despite it's quite large size. Reception staff were very courteous and the restaurant and bar staff very friendly. Room was a decent size as was the bathroom. Breakfast was very expensive however."

"The room was pretty basic although that was what we expected as we'd booked the cheapest room with a shared bathroom. The soundproofing of the rooms is pretty poor though - we could hear the person/people in the room next to us talking and the sound carried into our room and even earplugs didn't help. We alerted staff at about 1am who helpfully knocked on the door next door. Unfortunately, our neighbour(s) didn't take this to heart. At 1.30am I went down to reception again as we could not sleep at all because of the sounds. I asked for another room and staff were very helpful and supportive. So we slept much better once we'd moved to another room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortuntely we had a very short night. If we had not had noisy neighbours and/if the soundproofing of rooms was better it would have been an acceptable stay in an average hotel. The beds (in both rooms) were comfy. "

"Terrible hotel. Not 4 stars or worth the price at all stay away! We booked a 3 person room and the duvets and pillows were dirty and unwashed, tables and kettle not clean at all we had to cover them with towels. Mentioned at reception and they said theyd change our room but instead came with extra bedding which was still dirty. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to help us so we didnt ask any further. We got a room at the end of the hall so a neighbour was playing loud music and smoking weed!! carpets dirty just was a horrible experience and i regret spending money here. shouldn’t be 4 stars at all worst hotel i have stayed at"

"Nice stay,friendly staff,breakfast was expecting continental but a nice surprise when there was hot cooked as well,very nice.hotel very nicely decorated for christmas.very nice area but unfortunately we visited out of season.only downside was the room was cold when we arrived and we didnt find the radiator until the next morning when we opened the curtains up then we turned it on,afterwards we did think it would have been turned on already knowing guests were arriving,apart from that couldnt fault anything and would definitely consider going again"
