"The room was clean. Jamie was our 1st new friend we made after moving to Portsmouth. She and the rest of the staff were so helpful in answering all of our questions."

"Staff were wonderful facilities a little outdated. Elevator gave me a panic attack the first time riding it but once I figured out it was normal sounds I calmed down."

"For a no smoking hotel it stunk of smoke holes in blankets burn holes also toilet was running when i got there and stuff in toilet .when people walked past room shaked , holes in curtain heater had to turn on off at plug controls didnt work ... lady at desk was ok but when checking in talking staff ...about another room n people ..."

"Dirty, bed hard as a rock and the hot water was like warm at best. I left a day early and stayed somewhere else "
